Our Running Hub at Hiltingbury Sports Hall is designed specifically around the needs of runners and triathletes.
As a UKA Endurance Coach and S&C Coach, Mike specialises in supporting athletes in their strength & conditioning programmes and has supported some of the top UK athletes. Our Team of S&C Coaches are all runners and competitive athletes.
For runners, going into a gym environment can feel an alien experience and would rather be outside putting in some more miles but time focused on strength work can support runners to be able to train more frequently and with higher intensity. Strength training for runners needs to be specific and support development of the key muscle groups we utilise when we run.
Our team have a strong track record in supporting athletes to get stronger and run personal bests from middle distance track runners through to marathon runners and Iron Man triathletes.
Sessions are available 7 days a week from 8am until 8pm
1:1 S&C -Pay As You Go or monthly membership options available from just £45 per session.
2:1 S&C – Train with a friend! Pay As You Go or monthly membership options available from just £27 per session / per person.
Small Group Training sessions – train in a group of up to 6 people at our weekly groups. Our 8 week courses are £120 so just £15 per person per session.
