As a UKA Endurance Coach and Personal Trainer, Mike specialises in supporting athletes in their strength & conditioning programmes and has supported some of the top UK athletes.
For runners, going into a gym environment can feel an alien experience and would rather be outside putting in some more miles but time focused on strength work can support runners to be able to train more frequently and with higher intensity. Strength training for runners needs to be specific and support development of the key muscle groups we utilise when we run.
Mike has a strong track record in supporting athletes to get stronger and run personal bests from middle distance track runners through to marathon runners and Iron Man triathletes.
£50 per one off session.
£45 per session when you book a block of 8 or more weekly sessions.
