Sports and Remedial Massage sessions are available in our treatment room at our Running Hub in Chandlers Ford. From 8am until 7pm Monday to Friday with some weekend appointments available on request.

All sports massage sessions are £45 and include aftercare advice and guidance around stretching and strengthening.

Mike has been the Sports Massage Therapist for warm weather training camps in Portugal for elite athletes and at many road races across Hampshire.

Cancellation Policy

Please note cancelled appointments with less than 24 hour notice or non attendance of booked appointments will be charged at the full amount and payable by bank transfer in advance of any further bookings.
