Our 1:1 and 2:1 Junior Athlete S&C sessions are designed specifically to enhance your strength. They also improve your mobility and motor skills. This complements your wider training and races.

As Head Coach of Running Stronger, Mike Chambers is not only an S&C Coach. He is also a vastly experienced Athletics Coach. He has coached junior athletes to the national level.
Mike is also Head of Athletics and S&C at Itchen College.
Strength training is essential. It helps you develop a strong foundation to support your wider training. This support is necessary for progressing to become a competitive senior athlete.

We offer a discount for our junior athlete S&C sessions for members of EA registered club athletes in Hampshire.
It doesn’t matter if you are new to lifting weights or ready to take your S&C to the next level. We will work with you to progress safely and effectively. We will also ensure the sessions don’t impact your wider training demands.
Your body is still growing and developing. It is key to ensure that strength work is targeted appropriately. This prevents injury and overtraining.
