Monthly S&C Training Plans

  • Initial Zoom or phone call consultation to discuss your needs, and goals, injury history, equipment available and build your first training block
  • Training plan sent every two weeks and review by text and email support or further zoom meeting
  • Training Plan includes warm up, strength block and core exercises to follow for 2-3 times each week

£75 per month and free access to Running Stronger Private Community Group (see below of details)

Zoom 1:1 Strength & Conditioning Sessions

  • 50 minute Zoom hosted S&C sessions at a time and day convenient to your commitments.
  • Full expert coaching guidance through all exercises and monitoring of progress for future sessions
  • Chance to talk through and review wider training, nutrition and any injuries.

Just £40 per session and monthly training plan included for free if book 4 sessions per month. And free access to Running Stronger Private Community Group (see below for detail)

Running Stronger Community On-Line.

Join our private running community for access to:

  • Strength exercise video library
  • Running Drills & Mobility exercise videos
  • Core and body exercises to do at home
  • Hints and tips to keep strong 
  • Injury prevention and cross training guidance
  • Support from other members – discussion forum.
