Nick Woods – Nick was new to any strength training but over the last 6 months has progressed with all his main lifts, become stronger and reduced his Half Marathon time to 78 minutes.

“I started working with Mike over a year ago following a broken leg and resulting in a lot of muscle loss.
Wanting to get my running back up together and with a place in the London marathon I started with a number of strength sessions and running analysis so I could run in the most efficient way.
Once I was back running Mike also done a weekly bespoke training plan to get me through the marathon resulting in a 3.28 finish a year after my injury. IMG_4295
